Payment is due in full when you place your order to secure your date and confirm your order with We Love Yard Cards.

Please DO NOT climb, lean against, or play on or around yard card displays.  We do not want anyone injured on our displays.  The stakes are metal and sharp, and they will not support any additional weight.  The customer is responsible for any bodily injury sustained. 

The customer is responsible for any vandalism, damage, or theft to any part of the yard card display.  The customer's credit card will be charged for any replacement cards.  We recommend selecting a day when you are not having any yard maintenance as yard cards can be damaged from lawn mower, flying debris. or stains from grass clippings.

Please DO NOT attach anything to the yard card display, including, but not limited to: balloons; streamers; and/or additional signage. 

Please DO NOT move, re-arrange, dispose of, or otherwise tamper with the yard cards.  Doing so could cause injury and/or damage the yard cards.

It is the customer's responsibility to advise the recipient/honoree/property owner where the We Love yard Cards display is to be placed of the above terms and conditions.

We Love Yard Cards, and any representatives of the company, are not liable for any damage or injury caused to any person or property during the rental period.

The yard cards are the property of We Love Yard Cards.  We endeavor to keep our yard cards in good condition and to provide excellent customer service for the benefit of our customers and the honorees.

We Love Yard Cards understands that life happens and plans can change.  If you need to cancel, you can choose to receive a full credit toward a future date or to receive a 50% refund. 

Inclement or hazardous weather, such as snow, ice, flood, or lightning, can prevent us from being able to set up your display.  If such an unfortunate event should occur, you can choose to receive credit toward a future date or to receive a 50% refund. 

No refunds will be given due to customer error or conditions on the property which prevent We Love Yard Cards from setting up the display including, but not limited to:  property owner refusal to allow access to place the display; incorrect address; wrong event date; gates, fences, or other restrictions preventing access to the location; and/or animals or other conditions which pose a safety hazard.
